Not satisfied with your order, or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.

RETURNS in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an email to info@niponis.comandour team will send you a return form. Please read the terms and conditions on the return form carefully before sending the product back to our distribution center.

Step 2: Fill out the return form completely.

Step 3: Send your order to the address listed on the return form. Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Make sure the package has a tracking number.

Step 4: Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 days.

EXCHANGE: 4 Simple Steps (for size-related questions)

Step 1: Send an email to Please contact info@niponis.com, providingyour order number and the size of the product you would like to exchange for the correct size. You will then receive a return form that you can use to return the incorrect product.

Step 2: Fill out the exchange form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address listed on the exchange form. Send the items along with the completed exchange form to the address listed on the exchange form. Make sure the package has a tracking number.

Step 4: Once the package has been sent to the address listed on the exchange form, we will send you the correct size FREE OF CHARGE.

EXCHANGE: 4 Simple Steps (for Damaged Products)

Step 1: Send an email to info@niponi.comwithphotos or a short video of the defective or damaged product you received, and briefly describe the issue with the product.

Step 2: Once we have received the photos/videos of the product you received, our team will approve the product.

Step 3: Once your order has been approved, our team will send you a FREE replacement.

Step 4: Finally, our customer service team will provide you with the new tracking information for your free replacement order so you can track its status.

If the consumer initiates the return, they are responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs will be calculated based on the express shipping company you choose.

If, for reasons attributable to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
