Processing your order takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time to France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Poland, the United States, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Romania, the United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, New Zealand, Sweden, and Denmark is 2 to 4 business days.
The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

Some of my products are missing. How is that possible?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order more than one item at a time, the items may not be delivered at the same time.
Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
Unfortunately, there is a possibility that your order may be damaged during shipping. As a customer, there is obviously nothing you can do about it. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an email to info@niponis.com Please take photos of the claim and attach them to the email.
You cannot return the product without sending us the photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you in that case. Our customer service team will respond to your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.
This applies if you bought the wrong product, if it doesn't suit you, or if you no longer want it.
