ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will confirm that your order has been received by our system and that your credit card has been approved for purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we'll process it, confirming that it's in stock and ready for dispatch. If the items you have purchased are out of stock, we will contact you by email with the choice of waiting or cancelling for a 100% refund.

Shipping cost: We offer free shipping.

Processing : Please allow 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be processed.

Shipping: Normal delivery time: 2 to 4 working days.

Due to high demand and limited supply, some items can only be ordered to order at specific times. Please contact Customer Services to check availability.

For rush orders, please contact our team for prices and options. Where possible, we will send you a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive a tracking number at the email address provided within 4 days of placing your order, please email us at info@isabelle-mode.fr and we will follow up with you.
